Who we are
PITCH ME is organised by Gravitas Technology Ltd, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF (company number 11880551). Contact: team@pitch-me.co.uk.
What we collect
Vendor applicants: your company name, website, business category, descriptions of your product and value proposition, the presenter's name, job title, LinkedIn profile, work email, optional telephone number, your acknowledgements and consent choices with timestamps, and campaign source information where available.
Panel applicants: your name, work email, job title, company, LinkedIn profile, your organisation's cloud platform and whether it meets our monthly cloud spend threshold, your role in technology buying decisions, whether you have appeared on stage or on camera before, your filming and privacy acknowledgements and marketing choice with timestamps, and campaign source information (such as the advert you clicked) where available.
How we use it
We use this information to review your application, contact you about the event, and — only if you opted in — send occasional updates about future PITCH ME events. We do not sell your information.
Lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interests in running and organising PITCH ME to review applications and contact applicants. Where you are selected, we process your information to take steps towards entering an agreement with you. We send event updates only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Storage and security
Applications are stored in a secured database that is not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to authorised administrators.
Retention
We keep applications for up to 24 months from submission, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legal reason. If you withdraw marketing consent, we stop sending updates straight away.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting team@pitch-me.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Recording
Selected vendors and panellists will be asked to agree separate recording and publication terms before the event.
